   Vista Bonita broke ground in 2002 and over the next 15 years sold several lots and saw owners build beautiful homes.  With the economic disaster of 2008 we began to see a group of people who were looking for something to secure their future.  With mortgages upside down in the US it became clear that in retirement we need to own our homes which are our greatest asset.  To that end we present to you Vista Bonita.  In Honduras you can retire on a budget and enjoy yourself.  For the cost of having someone clean your house one time in North America you can have someone in Honduras come to your house 3 times a week for a month.  Private healthcare in the country is excellent and very affordable.  You can be on the beach in a matter of minutes.  Leave your house and go hiking in the national park without driving an inch or take a short drive to the Cuero y Salado wildlife refuge where you can see Manatees, Caymans, and dozens of verities of tropical birds.  La Ceiba is the party city of Honduras and there is no lack of things to do.  All of this is within your reach.  Buy a lot for as little as $500 down and $199 per month.  Build a house for $25,000.  Create a home you can use when you want and post to AirBNB when you aren't there.
