Scott and Steve have been wonderful to work with.  Buying property in a foreign country is something outside of mine and most people’s knowledge base.  Throw in stories of things gone wrong on the Internet, stepping into an investment is frightening.  That said, I had no problems with the purchase of my property or the building of my home.  Even better the house is far superior then I was expecting.  Built far better then the home I live in the states.  My only regret is that I don't get to spend nearly enough time at my "HOME" in Honduras.  It's a beautiful location, and beautiful country.

We would like to express our happiness and satisfaction with Vista Bonita during the purchase of our land, and construction of our home. We are Rob & Vicki S. from Canada.  We have purchased lots 47 & 48 in phase 2, and have completed building our home.

We have been to Honduras several times, but only to our property twice. On both occasions arrangements where made by Steve Howard ahead of time. Both times Hector Galeas (our builder/contractor) met us at the airport, and made sure we were safely on our way.  On our last 2-week trip Hector spent 4 days with us to help us find and transport appliances and furniture to finish off our home. Such dedication!

We built a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath home, and are very pleased with the quality and value that we received. We added some extras, cabinets and furniture that is totally made locally by hand and are blown away with the Honduran craftsmanship!

In any country, dealing with public utilities, and regulators can be frustrating! Steve Howard went the extra mile to ensure that all services were in place for our stay. I believe he has a strong knowledge of operating a business in Honduras.

VISTA BONITA has an on-site caretaker/security man ( Trini ) who was very helpful. Great to have him around.

Please take the time to look at some of the pictures that are posted on the Vista Bonita web site. The other lots may look a little plain, but for little cash, transformation to a tropical paradise is easy. Tropical trees and flowers are readily available and cheap!

We have emailed Steve many times for many issues, and he has come thru every time, even for the smallest detail. This has truly been turnkey service! You won’t find anyone else as dedicated in making a project like this succeed.
